Guest checkout and email delivery

You do not need an account to buy a single video. In that case we store the email address you enter, the order it belongs to, and the prompt and photos needed for that one render. The delivery link in the email is the only credential for that order; anyone who has the link can open the video, so keep it private.

Photos, prompts and generated videos

Uploaded photos are stored in private object storage and are only read by the content-moderation provider and the video model that renders your clip. Generated videos are stored privately and served through an authorised endpoint. We delete photos and finished videos 30 days after the order, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Do not upload photos of minors or of people who have not agreed to appear.

Sub-processors

We use Stripe (through our payment hub) for card payments, SeeAPI for text/image/video safety checks, kie.ai for Seedance 2.0 video generation, and Cloudflare for hosting, storage and email delivery. Each receives only the data needed for its step. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data, and you can unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time, by writing to contact@remakememe.video. Transactional messages (sign-in codes, receipts, delivery links) are sent because you asked for them and are not marketing.
